• True equal length, tuned length primaries and secondaries.
• Precisely manufactured. Based on digital design, including all tooling used in manufacturing. Everything, down to the last component, has its own dedicated jigs for cutting and welding. This guarantees every part fits and performs as the design intended.
• All stainless steel construction. Powder laser fused merge collectors for maximum flow with minimal turbulence.
• Fully TIG welded, all welds back purged.
• Designed to be installed on a stock, road driven car with minimal modifications needed.
• Can be used on Jaguar XJ or XJS. Installing the headers does not require removal of the engine from the car.
• Secondaries and final exhaust can be made in different diameters and lengths depending on engine displacement and torque/ power goals.
• Thermocouple bosses are optional. O2 sensor bosses can be placed in any suitable position.
• Universal fit for LHD and RHD.
• Fits the High Performance Exhaust System available for the XJS.
