Terms and Conditions

SELLING CONDITIONS

All listed sales prices are excluding VAT and excluding shipping costs, unless stated otherwise.

We do our best to offer the best worldwide shipping options to accommodate your needs time/cost wise.

Every customer is free to arrange their own shipping, however our responsibility ends the moment the shipping crate leaves our premises.

Value Added Tax notes:

• VAT is added to all sales within the European Union;
• VAT is not added to sales outside the European Union.

WARRANTY

Our warranty is limited to the replacement or repair of defective components that were originally sold by VDM Engineering.
Shipping costs and installation / removal or other damage claims are not part of our warranty.

Warranty on the items sold by us is valid for 1 year, unless clearly stated otherwise, starting from the date stated on the sales invoice. Components that are not clearly listed for use on public roads are intended for racing or private track use only. Public road use is at the end users own risk, VDM Engineering is not responsible for compliance with local road safety laws.

All systems that we sell, and the individual components that these consist of, were designed and intended for use on unmodified OEM vehicles.  Modifications, changes in the OEM setup, apart from our products, that may lead to an increase in engine bay temperatures, as well as any changes to our products without our consultation, entail the immediate expiration of warranty.

TERM OF USE

The products we sell are sold with the intention of being used for racing or private track use. Using our products on public roads is at end users own risk. Also it is end users own responsibility to ascertain that their vehicle complies with racetrack criteria, local road safety laws, mandatory inspection criteria and emission standards.
