3. Prices and Payment
3.1 All prices are quoted in Euro (€) and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed.
3.3 VDM Engineering reserves the right to require a deposit before commencing work.
3.4 Late payments may be subject to additional fees.
4. Warranty and Liability
4.1 VDM Engineering guarantees the quality of its services and offers a limited warranty on certain repairs.
4.2 The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or third-party interventions.
4.3 VDM Engineering is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from its services.
5. Customer Responsibilities

5.2 The customer must collect the vehicle within the agreed timeframe after completion of the service.
5.3 Any disputes regarding the service must be reported within a reasonable time after completion.
6. Force Majeure
6.1 VDM Engineering is not responsible for delays or failure in performance due to events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.
7. Governing Law
7.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of The Netherlands.
7.2 Any disputes will be resolved through negotiations or, if necessary, through legal proceedings in the competent courts of The Netherlands.
