Jaguar V12 Long Tube Headers for XJ and XJS

• True equal length, tuned length primaries and secondaries.
• Precisely manufactured. Based on digital design, including all tooling used in manufacturing. Everything, down to the last component, has its own dedicated jigs for cutting and welding. This guarantees every part fits and performs as the design intended.
• All stainless steel construction. Powder laser fused merge collectors for maximum flow with minimal turbulence.
• Fully TIG welded, all welds back purged.
• No structural modifications needed to the car. For the exact adaptations needed on your particular year/model please inquire. It's probably less then you expect.
• Can be used on Jaguar XJ or XJS. Installing the headers does not require removal of the engine from the car.
• Secondaries and final exhaust can be made in different diameters depending on engine displacement and torque/ power goals.
• Secondaries can be custom routed to suit your particular transmission.
• Thermocouple bosses are optional. O2 sensor bosses can be placed in any suitable position.
• Available in dedicated LHD and RHD versions. Pictured is a RHD manual gearbox version.
• Fits the High Performance Exhaust System available for the XJS.
